Josie Tummillo is an associate at Capricorn Retail Advisors, where she supports the retail tenant representation team throughout the entire deal cycle. Her expertise lies in facilitating seamless negotiations and ensuring comprehensive support from inception to finalization of deals. Prior to joining Capricorn, Josie honed her skills as a Transaction Coordinator at RetailUnion in Dallas, Texas. There, she played a pivotal role in guiding numerous national brands through their real estate expansion strategies. Notable brands she collaborated with include Travis Mathew, Chubbies, Purple, Pandora, and Little Words Project, among others. Josie was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from The University of Mississippi in 2022 Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and a General Business Minor.
